Healing Me Retreat: Cancellation Policy
We are so honored that you are committing to this sacred journey for yourself. The Healing Me Retreat is an intimate experience, and your registration is a vital part of the container we are co-creating.
Your reservation and payments are used to secure our private resort, vendors, and transportation far in advance, which is why we must adhere to a firm policy. We have created these terms to be as clear and fair as possible.
1. Our Non-Refundable Policy All payments for the Healing Me Retreat, including the Php 5,000 reservation fee and all subsequent installments, are strictly non-refundable. However, we understand that life is unpredictable. If you find you are unable to attend, you have two options for your payment:
2. Option A: Transfer Your Slot to Another Person Your slot is fully transferable to another person (a friend, family member, etc.) at no additional cost.
You are responsible for finding the person to take your place.
You must notify us in writing at [Your Email Address] with the full name, email, and contact number of the new attendee.
This notification must be made at least 72 hours before the retreat start date (April 1, 2026).
3. Option B: Transfer Your Payment to a Future Service You may transfer the total amount you have paid (less the non-refundable Php 5,000 reservation fee) and apply it as a credit toward another service.
This credit can be used for a future retreat, a private coaching session, or an online workshop hosted by Ness Love.
This credit is valid for 12 months from your date of cancellation.
To be eligible for this credit, you must notify us of your cancellation in writing at least 14 days before the retreat start date.
4. Inclement Weather or Retreat Postponement Your safety and well-being are our highest priority. In the rare event that the retreat must be postponed due to significant inclement weather (e.g., a declared typhoon) or other unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to reschedule the retreat to a new date.
All payments will be automatically transferred and applied to the new, rescheduled date.
If you are unable to attend the new date, your payment will be converted into a full credit (including your reservation fee) that you can use for any Ness Love service within 12 months.
